We are open every Friday from 20:00 onward. The observatory usually closes when the last member leaves which will depend upon the weather conditions, what is visible and personal commitments.
Non-members are welcome to come and have a look around before you decide if you would like to join or not.
Group Visits
Group visits (within or outside the normal open hours) are usually available, for more information please click here to send an email to the events officer.
Some of our members also give talks to local groups about the observatory, general astronomy and other more specific topics. If you would be interested in having one of our members come to give a talk or lecture to your group please click here to send an email to the events officer to discuss your needs. |
