| Info | AAS was founded in 1995 to cater for those interested in astronomy in the Andover and north Hampshire area. We are a member of the Federation of Astronomical Societies.
The annual subscription is £15 for a single person membership or £20 for a couple membership. Visitors are welcome to our meetings, and your first visit is free, on subsequent visits we do ask for a contribution of £2 towards the cost of hall hire, speakers expenses etc. Subscriptions are due in March, when the AGM is held before the evening's main talk. For those joining the society at a later date in the year, reduced subscriptions are offered. |
